Active your MouseKeys

Sometimes it may happen that you have no mouse. But you have to keep going your work on computer.

Work on a computer without mouse is not impossible but it is difficult as you need to know almost all the function of every key and shortcuts. Windows operating system provides you a facility named MouseKeys which lets you control the mouse pointer by using the numeric keypad on your keyboard.
Pressing the left ALT, left SHIFT and NUM LOCK keys will open a window named MouseKeys. From where if you select the ok button, it will turn on MouseKeys. Then you can use numeric keypad of your keyboard (1-9) to move mouse pointer every where in the monitor screen.
You can customize the MouseKeys options by clicking Settings button which will open a window named Accessibility Options. Selecting the Settings button will open a window name Settings for MouseKeys. From that window select the options according to your choice and press the ok button.

Shut down your computer by pressing only a key in the keyboard

You can shut down your computer properly by pressing the Power key in the keyboard. But to make the Power key active you need to do the following steps.

After clicking the right button of the mouse, select the properties button. Then you will have the Display Properties window from where select the Screen Saver button and then select the Power button which will open a new window named Power Options Properties. From it select the Advanced button and then select Shut Down option from the power buttons and then press the apply button. After doing this the Power key will be active.

We can save our time by pressing the power key in the keyboard to turn off our computer properly.

When you are browsing your internet, the web server placed some text files on your computer as cookies. The main purpose of cookies to save your preferences that you specify for future reference. You can enable or disable your computer web browser cookies, but it is important for you if you disable your browser cookies, may be some website will not work properly.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.x and later then follow the given steps to enable or disable cookies. Open Internet Explorer, click on the Tools then Internet Options. Click on Privacy tab from the left top of dialog box and click on advanced button. To enable the cookies, select the Accept option and for disable check the option override automatic cookies handling then click on block.

Now restart the browser to execute changes. It’s as easy as this.
